Recent research has shown that for every £100 a business spends on design, turnover has increased by £225.*

In today’s competitive environment businesses need to increase profits, minimise costs and ensure customers still receive exceptional service. One way of achieving this is to use effective design to add value and increase your bottom line.

At Pulse Creative Marketing we know the positive impact design can have on your business and how getting it right can help your business grow. For over ten years now we have understood what it takes to identify and develop a great brand, by taking time to really get to know your business. One client that has benefited from our service is North East manufacturer, Viztek Ltd.

Being based at the North East Business and Innovation Centre (BIC) allowed Viztek Ltd access to a range of support services. The company has gone from strength to strength and just this month walked away with the Creative Industries Award at this year’s Sunderland Echo Portfolio Business Awards.

Viztek Ltd offer a whole host of new and innovative surface mounted tactile products and Pulse have worked them since 2013 when they became tenants at the BIC.

The team at Pulse designed a complete exhibition stand shell scheme which resembled the look of a London Underground Tube station. As well as this, Pulse produced a range of other marketing materials including brochures, promotional pens, coasters and business cards. More recently Pulse have assisted Chris to develop a responsive website to showcase all of his products. Managing director Chris Elliott said:

“I would not be where I am today without the help and support I have received from the BIC and Pulse team. I was really impressed with the creative ideas and the exhibition stand looked fantastic, receiving a range of compliments from customers and other exhibitors. It has really helped me raise the profile of the business.”

It is fantastic to see the hard work that Chris has put in and he is reaping the benefits. Winning the Creative Industries Award is certainly well deserved. I wish him continued success and look forward to continuing our working relationship. We pride ourselves on providing an outstanding service and more importantly delivering creative solutions that deliver results.
