Join the North East BIC for our second in the series of Creative workshops aimed to support those Sunderland creatives who intend to set up as a Sole Trader, Limited Company or Partnership.

Whether a full or part-time venture, side hustle or lifestyle business, turn a hobby into income through a relaxed and interactive session.

This fun and engaging workshop covers the highs and the lows of being your own boss. Your adviser will outline the practical aspects of business ownership, such as the skills required, how to research your idea and how to build a reliable support network,  eliminating any anxieties holding you back and help turn your dream into reality.

Eligibility

This workshop is for anyone with the gem of a business idea or those who have begun researching their idea without taking any further steps to making it a reality.

The workshop is for those living in the Sunderland Local Authority area and haven’t yet registered as self-employed with HMRC.
