Bob is a Chartered Manufacturing Engineer and a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute and has worked for many years as a principle consultant in the field of management consultancy and business development specializing in (1) quality management systems development (to ISO:9001/14001/18001 etc., certification standards), (2) project managing and implementing fully integrated business management solutions, using state-of-the-art ERP Software covering CRM, Customers, Suppliers, Logistics, Order Processing, Financial and Management Accounting, Stock Management etc., with fully integrated eCommerce functionality (with or without ISO), and (3) project management/contract management of a multitude of assignments.

With over thirty five years delivering high-impact projects (as interim manager/director, quality manager/project manager) and producing outstanding business results, he has developed the ability to win supporters and stakeholders above, alongside and below to enable him to set win-win strategies, design projects and deliver results in large system developments and the change management leadership associated with enterprise-wide implementations.

Over these years he has honed his skills specifically around management accountancy, IT/ICT and business management and in so doing has amassed extensive project management and quality management industry knowledge with hands-on expertise managing diverse projects for British, American, Scandinavian, Saudi and NATO - MoD (Military) Clients, as well as national and international Clients, including numerous public, services and third sector organisations working on both sides of the contract table, at all levels within organisations up to Board Level.

During his recent career he has been responsible for implementing full ERP, CRM and accounting based solutions into client organisations and now specialises in cloud based solutions using Google for Business specifically aimed at SMEs with affordable APPS collectively (e.g. Xero Accounting software, Insightly CRM software etc.) giving a realistic ERP alternative to the mainstream (expensive) equivalents like SAGE Line200, Access Dimensions, Mamut, Interprise Suite, Navision etc.
