As an experienced Improvement consultant I have mastered the art of helping others to see how aligning process improvement to strategy, can identify the right bottom-line breakthrough opportunities.  The difference I offer to my clients is a bespoke solution not an off-the-shelf approach to addressing their needs. My framework is scaled and developed around what you already have. The outcome is a pragmatic and sustainable solution that fits your individual needs and pace, to deliver your stretch goals. Through business leader and lean six-sigma roles, I have delivered projects and coached employees at all levels from operations to boardroom, in making improvement a way of life and powerfully effectively.  ROI typically ranges between 7-10:1 whether deploying enterprise level strategies, or delivering rapid breakthrough improvement projects.

For the last 20 years I have been living and working in Asia, USA and Europe, across sectors such as automotive, aerospace and professional services. This includes delivering improvement for companies such as Rolls-Royce Aerospace, Jaguar Land Rover and SMEs. This has helped to foster a practical approach to delivering return on investment.

I have an MBA from Warwick Business School, a BEng in Mechanical Engineering (CEng) and am a qualified Master Black Belt in Lean Six-Sigma (Rolls-Royce plc.). I have also qualified as an ISO lead auditor as well as an independent accredited trainer.
