I’m Sheridan Chaffey, owner and founder of New Channel Developments, a niche agency that has helped over 100 clients find ways of selling products and services in to major retailers.

We are Sales Development Agents, and helping clients from start-ups to mega corporations is what we do… and representing them at the highest level is what we enjoy. Planning, pitching, and commercial negotiating are tools in our box.

Selling to supermarkets, wholesalers, catalogues, TV satellite channels, department stores are all part of our teams expertise. We provide sales planning, and sales agent services.

I’m a Founder Member of the Institute of Digital & Direct Marketing, a previous Marketing Director of Kays catalogue for 6 years, with a huge and varied budget, and I’ve been MD of a food packing company supplying high street retailers. These are all background lessons never forgotten… and frequently used to benefit our clients.

Our team includes experience from IT, Motor, Telesales, and of course retail trades.
