Situated just two miles from Sunderland city centre and a few minutes from the A19, the BIC’s meeting facilities are easily accessible from Teesside, Durham, Washington and Newcastle, with plenty of free car parking for your staff and visitors.
Home to 140 companies, over 1,000 people work on our 14-acre site, with many more visiting on a daily basis. We have designed a wide range of professional conference facilities and meeting spaces to suit the needs of any business.
All meeting rooms are fitted out with AV technology and our onsite IT support team are on hand to set you up before your meeting begins. ‘Meet and greet’ reception staff, cafe and catering facilities are all designed to make your meetings at the BIC hassle free.
