Enterprising Sunderland is an innovative programme of support designed to ensure anyone who lives in the city can explore opportunities to work for themselves.

Bringing together the experience and expertise of partners that work closely with communities, the support provided is tailored to meet the needs of individuals whatever their personal goals.

Led by the North East BIC, the consortium is funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund to stimulate business start-ups and raise ambitions in Sunderland. It is delivered on behalf of Sunderland City Council.
